Standardizing warehouse activities by implementing the necessary work instructions, work procedures and standard times.
Implementing short interval management to detect problems faster and prevent them from repetition by the Global 8 discipline methodology.
Making new Bin location system in the W/H to facilitate searching for the material (20% saving in time)
Implement & control FIFO system of material flow to avoid obsolete & to keep the material at the accepted quality level.
