Implement and support complex computer networking projects for mid to large scale entreprise

Responsibilities are the following:
- Prepare HLD and LLD for Network Projects
- Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of network projects
- Support customers with their technical problems
- Lead Junior Network Engineers

Responsibilities are the following:

Cisco and HP Products (Routing and Switching):
- Troubleshoot EIGRP in IP network and resolve all related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot layer 1, 2, 3 problems
- Implement Traffic Filters using Standard & Extended access-lists and Route Maps
- HP and Cisco switches configuration and troubleshooting (core + edge switches)

Cisco Collaboration Products:
- Plan, Install and Configure Cisco Unified Call Manager and all associated features and redundancy
- Install and configure Cisco Unity Connection + Integration with CUCM via SCCP and SIP
- Install and configure Cisco Unified Presence + Integration with CUCM via SCCP and SIP
- Cisco Telepresence installation and commissioning
- CUCME installation, configuration and troubleshooting (SIP and SCCP)
- Unity Express installation and integration with CUCM and CME
- Create Auto-attendant scripts and Voicemails
- Configure Cisco Jabber on CUCM and CUCME
- Integration of Cisco IPPBX with the old PBX systems+ analog lines and Fax troubleshooting especially with gateways and ATAs.
- Informacast Basic Paging integration with CUCM+ multicast configuration on core switches


Cisco and HP Wireless Products:
- Cisco Wireless Access points configuration with multiple SSIDs and VLANS
- Cisco WLC 5508 full implementation and installation
- Cisco 3850 switch, wireless controller configuration
- Cisco access points conversion between LWAP and standalone
- HP Wireless controller installation and configuration + Active/Standby redundancy

Cisco Security Products:
- DMVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote-access VPN, PPTP configuration on Cisco routers and firewalls
- Multimode GRE tunnel including hubs and spoke design for DMVPN
- Cisco ASA configuration and troubleshooting

Bluecoat Products:
- BlueCoat Proxy SG installation and configuration
- BlueCoat packet shaper installation and configuration

Citrix Products:
- Citrix Netscaler installation and configuration including: Load Balancing, SSL offloading, Web Application Firewall, HTTP callout…

Polycom Products:
- Polycom video conference installation and commissioning (HDX systems)

McAfee Products:
- McAfee Firewall installation and configuration
- McAfee Mail Gateway installation and configuration

Vmware Products:
- VMWare ESXi installation, configuration and administration, deployement of VMs, export for ova templates and snapshots.

Miscellaneous UTMs:
- Netasq, Cyberoam, Fortinet UTMs, installation and configuration, including web filters and mail filters

Logistics and administrative work:
- Visio Network Topology drawing
- Develop technical reports and documentation
- RMA for defective products
- Handle cases with vendors for customers
