Lead the complete services processes in HR for the external market (Asia, Europe, Africa, Turkey & MENA) which includes Payroll, Employee Services, People Budget, HR Budget, Admin & Facilities Budget.

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates run by the payroll team
Ensure accurate records and reports of payroll transactions run by the payroll team
Ensures compliance with country and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to internal & external audits.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures & norms.

Managing the employee vendor balances with accuracy for the GCC. Develop and follow processes to ensure clearing of employee balances at all times.
Responsible for the accounting treatment of people cost for the region, delivering accuracy in guidelines for booking, reversals and other WI developed.
People OPEX management of the region, ensuring the optimum utilization of provisions, forecasts and actuals by country.
Developing and maintaining healthy business reviews with finance shared service center and finance controllers.
Managing accuracy in regional reports related to actuals.
Work closely with support functions in Finance, Sales Excellence, Logistics, Sales and HR to achieve business targets.
Responsible to be the representative and sponsor of all the company essence, policies and processes to all its regional team.
Coach Sr. Analysts and Analysts develop successors.

Conduct periodic payroll quality check to ensure appropriate compliance procedures are in place.
Work with HR local/regional management to update company policies and procedures, as needed.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities (documentation, steps taken, outcomes).
Assist in monitoring ongoing compliance tracking and audit completion
Act as a central point of reference for HR Master Data reports and workflows in collaboration with an HR Management
Executes the HR Payroll Data vision and strategy, in alignment with business priorities
Action out ES Operations in creating and managing standards for HR operational work that includes managing changes in employee information, pay and data structure that meets business needs
Defines and then work with HR Operations, functional leads and IT to implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity across global HR systems.
Creates and implements common methodology and tools for payroll management and data governance under the company guidelines
Monitor a standard set of ES KPIs
Ensure data quality in standard reporting for region and country-specific statuary reporting
Proactively works with the team to streamline reports and improve the quality of information provided to stakeholders
Promotes a risk-aware culture, ensures efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
Ensure that any reporting activities are in alignment with brf data privacy standards.

Manage all aspects of the payroll for 2500 employees to ensure that payroll transactions were accurate and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
Focus on process improvements to ensure efficiency through automating functions and creating interfaces.
Prepare monthly payroll and accounting journal entries, including reconciliations of payroll related GL accrual accounts.
Work closely with HR to ensure all payrolls related changes were completed in a timely manner and created audits to ensure the integrity of both databases.
Complete uploads of payroll information such as commission, Overtime, Deduction.
Work directly with senior employees in the team to provide special reports using ADHOC query.
Recording sickness and checking time sheets with monthly payroll.
Maintaining accurate records of sick, maternity, annual leave.
Providing training & support to new employees and more members of the team.
Attending to employee's queries & requests as a when arises.
Ensure that all the docs required by the auditors are provided on time.
Supervison for the Payroll Department

Updating payroll transactions on a daily basis on the payroll sheet based on the HR notifications provided by HR.
Attending to employee's queries & requests as a when arises.
Final settlement workings preparation and processing as required.
Preparation of leave salaries for staff who's are going on annual leave and input in the payroll system
Input of any deductions, overtime, expense claims and medical claims in payroll system
Assist in the finalizing of payroll as per the advice received from Group HR Manager and provide the final payroll for CEO Approval.
Ensure through understanding of all company HR policies and procedures in order to provide effective and efficient HR services to all employees.
Handle all requests for contracts, contract change, leavers and other HR administrative processes ensuring deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is obtained.
Assist in induction process for all new employees as required at the corporate level and ensure employee familiarization with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that all appraisal forms are completed accurately, correct with the appropriate supervisor / manager as necessitated.
Prepare reports on end of year performance scores as necessary.
Liaise closely with the payroll team in ensuring that contract changes are communicated by payroll deadlines and any queries involving HR and payroll are resolved quickly.
Update SAP system to reflect new joiners, leavers, and changes to employee remuneration packages as a result of promotions / transfers and merit increases.
Arrange and hold exit interviews. Analyses results on a quarterly basis making action plans and discussing and agreeing them with the heads of Depts. / General Managers.
