- Liaising with leasing department for new lease and arranging all the procedures including entering the details into the system, preparing move in, processing the tenancy contract for landlord signature, key / access card handover to the tenant and arranging maintenance of the flat before handover.
- Sending timely report of vacancy list, move in and move out list. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Making sure all renewals are completed before time for the betterment of the landlord; sending appropriate notices on time. Managing accounts related issues (i.e. cheque handling, entering in the system, handing over to accounts for depositing on time, generating reports on the same for the records) Coordinating with all service providers for instance, On call basis etc. maintaining a healthy relationship.
