Recruitment
• Actively involved in end to end recruitment, which includes screening of the resumes, assessing candidate’s credentials and qualifications, coordinating interviews, negotiating and making the final offer.
• Handled recruitment for all levels.
• Good at building professional relations with the candidates which helps at the time of taking references.
• Independently handled multiple requests and coordinating for follow-ups and new requisitions.
• Interacting with Managers, Business Manager and Business Heads for respective requirements.
• Regular follow-up with the candidate to ensure his joining within minimal time.
HR Management
• Looking after ex-employee reference check
• Maintaining leave management, generating reports, arranging training programs etc.
• Providing the payroll input.
• Maintaining various reports like headcount, Attrition etc and providing the reports to management.
• Personal File Auditing as and when required.
Employee Relations
• Induction for new recruits.
• HR Policy Workshops.
• Planning various events for employee engagements.
• Update all staff members for all the revised company policies.
• Involved in resolving issues faced by employees on a day to day basis ranging from
Salary to reimbursement queries regarding leaves and appraisals.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment process, coordinating with the manpower sourcing agencies from various geographical locations (India, Philippines, Srilanka and Nepal), preparing the necessary documents required for visa processing and deployment.
Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Verification before the monthly payroll run Employee File & Attendance, Personal Numbers of new employees in ERP and updating the personal file. Handled Compensation and benefits “Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare, Fund & Gratuity, Salary Break up’s, Conducting Initial Induction Program
Exit Formalities like Pay Leave Encashment & Gratuity Benefits “Medical Insurance, Family Insurance & Transport, Good Knowledge of other HR activities.
Assessing Appraiser & Appraise in Performance Appraisal’s Helping in Structuring of Performance Appraisal’s Format for the HR Team.
Assessing the Performance Appraisals of all employees and giving a Feed Back to the T&D Department for implementation of technology training programmers to improve the overall quality of work in the organization.
Pay-Roll, Compensation & Benefits, Induction, Training & Development, and Appraisals
Ensure proper HR working procedures and practices are in place in all the responsible offices, Formulating and implementing the HR policies and Staff Handbook
Responsible for organizing corporate training program, when required, Put in place relevant HR metrics to support key management decisions.
