Assisting with purchase ledger duties, cash books and payroll.
Control & reconciliation of petty cash, cheques etc.

Coordinating monthly payroll function for 300+ employees.
Making entries for all the Payroll transactions and maintain all the books that are given.
• Responsible for making price analysis report and want to report to Chief Financial Officer.
• Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
• Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies.
• It also includes industry analysis and market analysis.
• Prepare multi-year cost/pricing models to include labor, materials, subcontracts, and travel and write descriptive pricing volumes.
• I did inventory management process also.
• I am responsible for entering of all vouchers related to inventory process
I did Two month internship at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd, Cochin , Kerala in Finance (Working Capital Management). I had certifications in tally ERP9, Peach Tree, Quick Book.
