Working with management and employees to develop, implement and review
controls, procedures and policies to reduce shrinkage, maintain and safeguard all Company assets.
Loss prevention duties are held with a focus on deterrence and prevention in all times
Specific job responsibilities include:
* Supervising CCTV controlling team activities.
* Following-up all security systems installation & Maintenance job orders, including (CCTV,
Anti-shoplifting, Intrusion, & Firefighting systems).
* Conduct a live test for Firefighting systems, & checking fire extinguisher expiration dates.
* Conduct Petty cash inspection visits country-wide, including cashier cash register count.
* Conduct regular & periodic (Head office based) training for new comers, & (Location based) training
for active managers and employees. Training topics includes (security, safety, & shrink fight matters).
Handling inbound calls in a professional and effective manner, Interact with
customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to
handle and resolve complaints.
*Specific job responsibilities include:
-Provide professional and courteous customer service to improve business performance.
-Greet, address and thank customers during the business transaction.
-Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
- Answer customer inquiries concerning services, products, billing etc.
-Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
Controlling all financial matters related to a multi restaurants chain
Specific job responsibilities include:
* Preparing all kinds of financial statements.
* conducting monthly physical counts for stocks & for petty cash.
* Managing all suppliers regarding quotations & price comparisons.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to
inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
