Generating new business through online prospecting, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings and customer networking, focusing on pipeline development aligned to personal and team targets
Delivering customer-focused consultancy and support to develop and deliver enterprise-wide graphic technology and service solutions. This includes developing bespoke applications to assist customer print and content workflow
Developing, selling and supporting Xerox and Partner solutions including high-end printing systems incorporating mono and colour production systems, workflow and finishing technologies
Gathering market data, information and statistics on customer and market trends/ preferences; assessing realistic future market share
Core Responsibilities:
Directly responsible and accountable for sales and development of Xerox iGen and ColorPress 800/1000 along with other entry-level digital presses. Also responsible for Xerox Mono systems such as Nuvera and DocuTech
Managed Graphic Arts sector accounts, responsible for selling Xerox Total Solutions including printing systems, document workflows and software packages to end-customers
Provided focused sales and business development expertise respective to the customer’s industry including Graphic Arts, Government and Education sectors
Provided pre and post-sales support for local Xerox sales executives, delivering customer-facing presentations and demonstrations; prepared offers, tenders and proposals for Xerox solutions
