Doing most of the HR operation such as:
- Recruiting, on boarding process.
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
pensions and benefits administration.
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
- Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
1. Training needs analysis; analyze the training needs at individual and overall level and formulate training briefs, in order to support management in follow-up for individuals and to initiate the development of training programs.
2. Training & service providers; coordinate the design and delivery of training and ensure customizing to SMASCO's needs, for programs which are outsourced to training & service providers, and communicate progress and specific issues internally.
3. Training design; Design specific training programs, which are not outsourced to training providers, in cooperation with the T&D Manager.
4. Training organization; organize the operations for training programs, including participant information, production of training materials, registration and administration, location and catering, and evaluation.
5. Training; perform as trainer in selected training programs, which are not outsourced.
6. Training information and brokerage; support management and employees by providing information about internal and external training programs for SMASCO employees, and assist in selecting the appropriate training programs for individual’s needs.
7. Employee development; design, implement and provide tools and programs for effective employee development, to support management in their requirements for employee development.
8. Administration & reporting; entry updates in a training administration, and ensure linkage to personnel files, for management reporting on statistics and training progress.
