1-Structural Design of all precast items (Hollow Core Slab, Double T Slabs, form slabs, Pre-stressed members, Precast Columns, Precast Pre-stressed Beams, Bearings &Nonbearing Panels, Cladding, GRC, Stairs, Boundary walls, Precast Footings, different type of connections, ……etc.), according to codes & standards (PCI, ACI, IBC, UBC, BS...).
2-Value engineering for various types of RCC and Precast Projects.
3-Supervise the Design Function and Process from Tender up to full design including General arrangement drawings, Shop drawings & As Built drawings.
4-Coordination with planning, production, QC and erection departments regarding design and execution of work.
5-Technical coordination with consultants, and clients to sort out all issues related to design, manufacture and erection.
6-Study the Project Documents (drawings and specifications); to propose precast system, design concept and primary design for tendering and pricing purpose.
7-Technical support for Sales department.
8-Development of company precast elements brochure and technical data sheets.
