- Responsible for coordination and supervision, financial status, monitor and evaluate performance of all staff, production status, communication, sales, marketing and customer service and strategic input.
- Responsible for direct the installation and maintenance of landscape projects for residential, commercial and public facilities.
- Oversee both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it.
- Meeting with Clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for the project.
- Create the design, estimating cost and negotiating prices for plants, equipment and employees.
- Planning work activities and monitoring the work being done.
- Responsible for training the team work.
- Responsible for delivering projects agreed scope, budget, schedule and customer expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams or multi-discipline contractors and employees.
- Monitoring and evaluate team performance for the following projects.
1. Jumeriah Village II South Triangle Infrastructure Works
2. HH Shiekh Hamdan Rest House Palace
3. ADNEC - Improvement & Traffic Alleviation on the IP's and Roads around National Exhibition Centre
4. Development for Al Marfa Corniche
Scope of Work: Soft landscaping includes plantation and irrigation network. Hard landscaping includes water features, walk ways and tilling works. Hard landscaping includes walkways, retaining works, sitting areas, amphitheater, swimming pool, water features and artificial lakes.
- Responsible for preparation of general plan of the project activities and for all projects.
- Ensure the highest QA/QC Standards.
- Full control of projects costs and rationalization of spending to achieve the highest profit.
- Follow up collection of receivables and payments from the Client.
- Monitoring the performances of the projects staff.
