Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk activities, room assignments, and guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to resolve problems and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Manage and schedule staff across various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality.
Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations. Motivate/Coach employees. Organizes daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks; Initiates plan to improve Drop Point performance by distributing brochures and other marketing materials.
Achieve the teams assigned strategic sales targets. Motivate staff members to up-sell and cross-sell Vodafone products & services. Customer Care Improve store visit report result. Effective customers complaints handling and decrease them month over month.
Dealing with customers and achieve sales targets. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service. Monitoring the restaurants cash flow and settling outstanding bills. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
