• Set the recruitment action plan including the sourcing channels and the hiring steps through the alignment with the annual recruitment plan to fulfill the assigned manpower plan.
• Execute the assigned recruitment plan through sourcing, screening, short listing, interviewing process and its logistics and the follow-up on conducting the technical interviews with the technical managers in order to fill the targeted vacancies on-time.
