Safety Manager with Harsco Metals Egypt in EZDK, EFS (Dekhela Steel & EZZ Flat Steel Suez) Key person in EFS (EZZ FLATE STEEL) for starting-up procedures. Recruit of safety officer in change and trained him on HARSCO management system. Review and Readjust all company procedure to comply with regulation and client requirement. Audit both sites to identify all potential hazards, implement control measure to eliminate, reduce or control hazard
Approve the start for all new operation. Implement Fatality Prevention assessment for both sites and planned to recover it. Member of HARSCO corporate audit team for Middle East region. Prepare and implement of documents for IMS procedure for both sites. Consulting of the ANS with regards to Action Needed (AN) register, these ANS contain the database for the findings (observation, opportunities for improvements, non-conformance) during bi-annual audit.: Provision of advice to responsible managers with regards to the action required in response to the AN.
