Leading and managing the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, handing-over, and project close-out.
Responsible for the project full life cycle.
Managing Stakeholders and Clients relations and interfacing.
Accountable for project delivery and contract administration with the required budget, time and high quality.
Assisting in business development and achieving new business contracts.
Managed the design, tender, construction, handing-over and delivery of mixed-use development masterplans
(residential and commercial), hotels, malls, infrastructure projects and public realm. Developing and implementing
of strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure, and setting the strategy and plans of infrastructure scope and
components. The infrastructure works are 132/11kv Substations, 11kv substations, water treatment & reclamation
plant, district cooling plant, STP, RO, pump stations, roads, bridge and underpasses, street lightings (solar PV and
conventional). Responsible to deliver the projects (including procurement, budget, profit, and risk management),
and to lead the contractors and consultants. Proactive approach to liaise, meet and follow-up with all Authorities
regularly to obtain the required Approvals, Building Permits, and NOCs (Design and Construction). Establishing,
maintaining & continuously improving the standards, procedures, and governance for the Infrastructure
Construction Division. Preparing executive management progress reports, budgets, cost estimation, and cash flow
forecasts. Review and certify Consultants & contractors’ payments. Assess variations and claims and prepare
recommendation on determination. Contract administration Contract administration (D&B, DBOM, lump sum and
remeasured), projects’ follow up, control and closeout. Value engineering and cost saving proposals, and risk
management. Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, applying company’s code and guidelines,
strengthening business relationship for current and future business opportunities and sustain company’s
profitability.
Achievements:
• Eliminated risk exposure arising out of late issuance of design information and nomination of
subcontractors and suppliers
• Improved the financial performance and profit through successful business acumen and enhanced
operation efficiencies. Developed lean and effective project management procedures, guidelines,
governance, and integrating processes
• Successfully trained junior engineers to have hands-on and practicality with best practice. Changes were
recognized by the Chief Projects Delivery Officer
• Achieved the targeted completion dates within the budget and the required quality
• Maintained safe workplace and applied proper standards for safety and environmental requirements
(EHS)
• Perform and lead the operations, logistics, supply and delivery of all materials, resources, plant,
equipment, and keep a dynamic flow of all projects’ works
• Applied continuous improvement and lean engineering to our practices which enhanced our performance
and progress of works, influenced team engagements and increased productivity. Led to time and cost
saving in operation and achieving company’s budget and plans
• Introduced process maps for Testing & Commissioning, Handing-over and Authorities’ Clearance
Certificates. This resulted in faster turnarounds for various processes such as inspections and approvals,
handing-over to customers, managing customers feedbacks, and projects close-out

Railway Infrastructure
Responsible for Continuous Improvement, Lean Engineering, Value Engineering, Solving Problem Process, and Coaching Team Members on new initiatives.
Managed the construction of the infrastructure of Al-Furjan Development (Phase-1), and Masaken Al-Furjan
Residential Compound. The infrastructure package included all underground services, roads, electrical
substations, and Pump Stations (for sewer, irrigation and firefighting).
Achievements:
• Delivered the required infrastructure works for Masaken Al-Furjan on time, and within the budgeted cost
and the required quality
• Achieved the EHS in construction site with zero incidents during the whole project duration
The Position includes developing clients brief, managing design process, cost management, procurement
of contractors, Logistics, Operations, Contract Administration (D&B, DBOM and remeasured), Handing-over
and defects liability period.
I was responsible for the delivery of the Infrastructure Package & Community Facilities Package. Managing a
team of consultants and contractors to successfully deliver all aspects of the infrastructure networks,
waterways and living Lagoons, 132kv substation and 11kv substations, sewerage treatment plant (STP),
water-polishing plant, and the Community Facilities (Entry statements, Nursery, Mosque, and Retail Areas).
The type of projects executed: Marine Works and jetties with fueling system, HSSE and Risk Management
Implementation, ADNOC Residential Buildings, ADNOC Industrial Facilities, Filling Stations, Fuel Depot,
Oil and Gas Pipelines and Water desalination.
Construction of storage tanks, pipe racks for Lube Oil Expansion Depot, utilities and road works.
Construction of Ferdan Double Swing Bridge (road & rail bridge) crossing over Suez Canal.
This has involved lots of marine works, road works, and underground networks/services.
