• Carrying out HSE-MS audits on subcontractors and verifying implementation of their systems on project spreads.
• Defining PPE requirements in accordance with company activities and including subcontractors.
• Ensure that all safety items required in the permit to work (PTW) are adequate / available
• and ensure full compliance with the PTW during task being carried out.
• •Reporting and analysis of any near miss, sub-standard practices and substandard conditions at work sites.
• Incident, accident reporting & investigation and finding out the immediate and basic causes.
• Provide feedback to improve the implementation of the company HSE management system.
