I) Projects Manager
Projects are as listed below:-
I manage multiple projects (small, medium and large) with total amount of Dhs 447, 000, 000/-
Responsibilities:
GENERAL DUTIES
- Ensure completion on set budget, deadlines, and to best quality,
- Ensure full compliance with the Organizational Procedures
- Ensure obtaining management’s approvals on all issues in writing.
- Ensure attendance in meetings and at all time on and off site, and take lead over stakeholders.
- Weekly status reports and Weekly Update Risk Assessment reports.
- Ensure all Internal Audit Requirements are attended and closed within the agreed time line.
TIME MANAGEMENT
- Monitor Project Program update on weekly basis, and makes recommendations.
COST MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and Manage all cost elements, budgets, P. Sums, Payments, RVO’s, VO, s and change instructions, and make suitable amendments to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Ensure closure and final account within contractual durations.
- Issue Monthly Budget Updates to VP and commercial team.
CLAIM MANAGEMENT
- Avoid liabilities on both time and cost claims,
- Ensure that all Employer’s and consultant’s duties are fulfilled prior to the deadlines assigned in the contractual program.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and manage the performance and compliance of the consultants / contractors / sub-contractors according to the scope of services and contractual obligations and standards,
PROCUREMENT
- Manage the tender process of all the project packages including PS / PC
- Manage best selection of quality and time delivery and cost.
- Ensure retaining and updating lists of suppliers, pre-qualification documents,
- Manage all tenders processes, evaluations, recommendations, and appointments.
STATUARY COORDINATION
- Manage and Follows-up with concerned authorities and manage the consultants and contractors, to ensure that all NOCs and permit approvals are obtained
ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project file administration records - both hard and soft copies
PROJECT CLOSURE and HANDING OVER
- Control and Manage the complete project take over procedure, snags, services, and certification from statuary authorities.
- Ensure that the building is technically complete and finished, tested, commissioned,
- Physically take over the building according to the contract requirements.
- Ensure collection of all relevant documentations and manage the hand over process to OA / FM

Responsibilities
- Reviews testing, quality control, and other testing reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements to ensure that quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements are met.
- Follow up all construction activities at site as per the time plan
- Applying all safety and quality requirements at site.
- Follow up the progress at site on daily basis to insure that the projects are running smoothly within the time frame
- Meetings arrangement with consultant / contractor for resolution and advancement of design and construction issues.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports monitor the work progress, costs and time to the client.
- Review and make recommendation regarding consultant / contractor invoices for payments.
- Directing the consultant / contractor in case of any risk may cause a delay in site activities.
- Provide construction support services by reviewing/ approving materials submittal, subcontractors prequalification, shop drawings…………………..etc.
- Resolving any obstacle may affect on projects progress.
- Follow up all authorities approval and arranging for meeting if required.

- I'm the leader of subcontractors for receiving reinforces concrete and internal & external finishing for the management building at "LAGOON Club" at Alexandria. Also I was responsible for finalizing the sub-contractors payment.
My work was about supervision for internal & external finishing for "El Salam Mosque" at Taba - Egypt.
