project consultant and distributing it to the different departments.
*Matching architectural drawings with structural and electromechanical drawings.
*Operating the required modifications on drawings and get the approval from consultant on it.
*Making the quantity survey of architecture items as per drawings and match with required quantity in site to prepare the claims or payment certificates.

-The scope of work determined by studying the main contract and all its attachments throwing engineering drawings, quantities schedules, general specifications of the project materials, questions and answers in the tender stage.

Throw the study of the one provided from consultant by planing department to get the detailed one based on the stages of project starting with the concept design stage ending to test and commissioning.
-Determine the actual costs of the project comparing with project budget by the cost control department and the technical office trades throw calculating the actual quantities in the engineering drawings.

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
