• Responsible for establishing the project control standard procedures, workflows, and templates.

• Assessing the project management features in the ERP system, identifying the project management requirements and needs, performing gap analysis with the development team, supporting the team in the development/customization phase, and leading the implementation of the new features.
• Participate and support the tendering team in the cost estimation tasks.
• Schedule change control and progress reporting system, managing team of schedulers, generation of periodic and regular schedule reports including analysis and management summary
• Responsible for managing project costs to ensure the complying with initial cost strategies and that the cost spending is on-track with an approved working budget.
• Manage potential overrun with the project management team for early mitigation initiatives to save costs. Report on the project's financial performance, potential risks, and opportunities to assist PMT in making crucial decisions.

The form of the contract used is a Re-Measured type of contract with a value of about (4 Billion USD).

Responsibilities:
•Initiate and maintain Planning and Contract Management integrated systems following the contract terms and owner requirements.
•Assist the project management team to establish the project strategic plan and project execution priorities and milestones.
•Leading the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) with respect to the project’s scope of work.
•Leading the development of the project’s baseline master plan/schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction works using Primavera Enterprise P6.
•Cost loading and monitoring of the cash flow & project progress using Earned Value Management.
•Develop and maintain the Project’s Document Management System with all customizations, forms, and reports needed for the project using Primavera Contract Manager “PCM”, and responsible for managing and controlling the document control team in all projects.
•Review & analyze sub-contract documents for each subcontractor and advise the Contract Manager of any planning deficiencies from a scheduling point of view.
•Collect and analyze the information needed to update the project control system records.
•Review the sub-contractors reports and provide analysis and data report development to the management on weekly basis.
•Manage the schedule update processes with each site planner, project manager, and project consultant.
•Participate with the project controls team in develop and maintain status reports, including resources productivity, schedule status (actual versus planned), submittals & project documents status, financial analysis, cost performance and earned value reports, etc...
•Assists the Project Control Manager to coordinate between relevant disciplines (planning, cost control, contract, Document) and/or departments for the project.
•Preparing Recovery Schedules when needed.
•Participate in project control meetings.

•Assist the Project Control Manager in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and analyzing the time claims submitted from subcontractors.

• Updating Project's Schedules and preparing Recovery Schedules when needed.

• Participate in the project control meetings with the Clint’s representative to discuss and resolve the Planning Issues.
