• Attending regular meetings (WORK progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main
Contractor and Consultant to DISCUSS key issues related to the project and take
effective corrective actions.

• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time,
quality and on budget project execution

• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.

• Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets,

Responsibilities:

 Initiating Stage

• Assisting PM and planning engineer during preparation of baseline work program.
• liaising with authorities to get the required NOCs such as water, drainage, etisalat, electrical, ……etc., in order to get work permit
• Review MEP B.O.Q and make sure that it is matching with MEP tender drawings.
• Review the contract of MEP subcontractor and make sure that the MEP scope is identified and covered as per BOQ and tender drawings.
• Review tender documents /drawings of MEP system and compare it with the IFC drawings.

 Execution Stage

• Review MEP material/equipment technical submittals, shop drawing and builders work prior to submitting to consultant in order to avoid resubmission.
• Follow up the log sheet of long lead item, authorities’ log, material submittal and shop drawings submittal.
• Studying any impact on MEP services caused by Architectural/structure changes or additional scope and raise variation order accordingly to consultant.
• Coordinating all MEP services with structure, architectural and ID elements.
