- Analyze technical offers received by different suppliers.

- Participate in working sessions with the designer to provide technical clarifications to engineers about products.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Negociate with suppliers on delivery schedule, to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- Develop, and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
- Receipt the products when sent by the suppliers, and follow all the orders, to get all the products on site, and on time
- Negociate contracts with subcontractors;
- Receive and analyse the offers, and the prices of the subcontractors.

MEP Engineer in charge of the design and the coordination between the differents MEP specialities, in many projects (residential, education, sports equipments, tertiary ).
- Make drawings, and calculations notes for differents systems (electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling)
- Coordinate between the MEP systems and the other systems (synthesis plan);
- Get meetings with the different project stakeholders;
- Perform On-site assistance, and help team on-site to solve problems.
