1-Work with MSC clients/Sub to help them understand MSc services offerings, provide database, digital and marketing consultation on how those services be used to optimize campaigns.
2-Gather requirements as to what data and or application issue the team faces that need to be resolved with MSc technical counterparts.
3-Responsible for all work done for his Clients/Sub with MSC with the MSC to meet clients SLAs.
4-Work closely with MSC team to ensure that the requirements of every project submitted for execution are clear and available.
5-Prepare written analysis and present findings to internal and external clients.
6-Contribute project planning and scheduling.
7-Attendance completion and participation in new GMP tools deployments, update and training as required.
