• To facilitate the customer requirement for service and repair from first contact to delivery of the vehicle
• Supervise and organize the Reception resources (Service Advisor, Cashier, office supplies, computer system, etc.) to ensure availability for customer requirements
• Supervise and assist S.As in preparing and giving quotations to the customers, either verbally or in writing, at first contact and for additional work (contract review and amendment to contract)
• Supporting and assisting the Service Garage Manager with technical and administrative matters

• Communicates with customers from first contact at the service garage entrance to return of the vehicle, facilitates the work required by the customer
• Enter details from Job Order in to computerised Job Card system and send to print at Control Tower, arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the service
• Follow up with Job Controller to see if vehicle will be ready when promised, advise the customer of any delays and for additional work
• Periodically check Job Cards and Register for any vehicles not completed as promised, establish reasons and advise customer of progress

• Maintain equipment and tools, take corrective and preventive action when required
