- Responsible for plant start-up, shutdown and change of mode in production, and water treatement of ASU.
-Accountable for ensuring filled tankers are analyzed for purity.
-Prepare the tanker and coordinate with SO control room for off-take products.
- Oversee the maintenance up-leap of the control room
- Ensure proper handover of shift duties/activities to the next shift on duty.
- On stand-by for work related phone inquiries even on off-duty hours when needed.
- Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance
- Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, achieve sustainable development.
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Handling the Mechanical Maintenance
• Dealing with centrifugal compressors (Atlas Copco stationary Air compressor "Belgium" ZH 7000/7, Ser Turbo-Machinery equipment co., LTD. "China").
• Dealing with centrifugal liquid pumps for O2 and N2 filling "low pressure".
• Dealing with centrifugal water pumps.
• Dealing with cooling units.
• The unite use PLC for control.
For 45 T/D N2 liquefier:
• Install all components in N2 liquefier plant (Atlas Copco stationary Air Compressor, Expansion turbine, Refrigeration unit, Heat exchanger).
• Handling all the process problems and faults that the unit faces.
• Handling the operation of production unit.
• Dealing with centrifugal water pumps.
• Dealing with cooling tower.
• Dealing with centrifugal compressor
(Atlas Copco stationary Air compressor "Belgium" ZH 15000/5).
• The unite use PLC for control.
• Operate and maintain the expansion turbine (booster brake type, oil brake type and generator brake type).
