-Handling completion of month-end and year-end reporting in line with requirements and ensuring an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close with timetables.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement , statement of cash flow, statement of owner’s equity).
-Preparing monthly cost report and quarterly project reports in coordination with Project Controls function to be presented and identifying any patterns or anomalies which need to be explained.
-Supervising, Guiding and supporting subordinates in carrying out their duties and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve agreed-upon targets.
-Maintaining project-related records, including contracts and orders.
-Preparing cash flow reports and ensuring support documents are attached.
