 Ensure clear direction & ensure co-operation of the store team Achieve company sales targets. Ensure the store consistently reflects highest possible standards for merchandising housekeeping & Recovery.
 Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
 Regularly monitor & Review layouts to ensure best & worst selling lines are correct positioned. Accurately & efficiently communicate any stock issues, ideas or recommendations to the brand merchandising team
 Actively seek & exploit all additional opportunities to promote sales.
 Ensure the staffs & Management for maximum coverage at peak trading period & the store have the right people in the right place at the right time
 Plan, evaluate and implement relevant in store promotion.
 Manage the controllable operating expenses to keep within the agreed budget.
 Coach, Develop and mentor the store team. Ensure the highest possible standards of customer service are offered on a daily basis. Be aware of the current season's trends & Visual layout.
 Working with HR Director to implement policies and procedures as Funeral, Employee discount on products and HR Annual Agenda.
 To be a leader in training and setting monthly meetings for shop managers, as well as setting special training program for retail team constantly.
 Follow visual merchandise guideline, ensure all garments are displayed on the shop floor & garment care standards are consistently maintained.
 Other assignments as appropriate.

• Brief and guide the staff on achievement of the daily / weekly / monthly sales target.
• Must be fashionable / well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to ensure minimal stock loss.
• Maintains knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives always in order to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store.
• Ensure minimal stock loss manage stockrooms.
• Implement the operating procedures at the store and ensure the brand and company’s policies and procedures are adhered by all the staff at all the times.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Leadership and Development
• Weekly audit of the store administration and resolve discrepancies if any.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards at the stores all the time as per set VM standards.
• Supervise the store and provide feedback to the Area Manager with regards to the employees and products
• Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.
• End to end store operations responsibility
