In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Order delivery
and shipment schedules
● Coordinate the shipping and transportation at the best possible price whilst ensuring a timely delivery
● Send RFQ to vendors to obtain quotations, generate comparison statement
● Leading end to end warehouse operations from receiving to delivery and resource planning
● Getting BOM & BOQ validation done through static build for corrective project
● Maintaining inventory and updating supplier information such as delivery, purchase, product and pricing records
● Coordination with various departments like sales and logistics to make sure the required materials are available
● Sourcing, identifying potential suppliers for purchases of goods and services and building & ensuring a good relationship is maintained with all vendors.
● Finalize the comparison statement and make recommendations only for technically acceptable solution with proper documentation evaluation report and seek authority approval
