 Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports.
 Assign and distribute work orders and work requests. • Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done; attend training classes.
 Check and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust controls in schools. • Review all work orders before and after completion.
 Order and pick up parts for jobs in order to keep mechanics on the job. • Inspect contracted work as needed.
 Coordinate work with other shops as needed.
 Assist in budget planning and preparation.
 Inform supervisors of completed and outstanding work orders.
 Cooperate with warehouse to determine which parts should be ordered for stock.
 Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs.
 Provide technical assistance to mechanics when requested.
 Perform related work as required.
 Responsible for maintaining the good running condition of every high capacity Air cooled Chiller, VRF/VRV, DX Units package type split ACs in an eight floor building including showrooms

 Responsible of carry out preventive maintenance activity by consultant checking AHUs, FUCs, Motorized calves with actuators, pumps and related controls / sensors
.
 Responsible of close monitoring through the BMS System and perform necessary corrective measures / repairs in the event of machine breakdown that requires immediate solution.

 To respond to HVAC Related complaints raised by tenant in the building in a prompt and courteous manner .

 To produce a daily report to my immediate superior.

HVAC Service Technician
 Responsible to carry out work order and monitor the efficiency of all AC maintenance (Chillier, Direct expansion, Package type split AC )and maintain its optimum level of operation within the airbase particular inside the aircraft hangars and its offices.
 Perform systematic checking with the control system that utilizes both electronic and electromechanical circuit.
 To check and maintain an acceptable room temperature and humidity.
 To ensure that all duct heaters are functioning accordingly.
 Motor, bearing dirt blocked evaporator and drive belt inside air handling units are being checked regularly. Subsequently proper lubrication is being applied for all rotating component.
 Chilled water pumps are checked to maintain proper brine flow and pressure.
 All shifty devices on AC controls are being tested regularly.
 Responsible in observing safety working standards during repairs.
 To provide a daily and make a summary for all accomplished and outstanding Jobs.

 To ensure the scheduled maintenance activities are strictly being implemented and properly carried out according to the standard AC maintenance practices.
 To respond to a complaint regarding to any AC failures at any given working time .
 To Submit the report and suggestions if required concerning to maintenance work improvements.
