Handling Complete Riyadh Region as Installation & Service Manager. Leading 3 Supervisors with 20 Technicians. Doing Project Management, Manpower Plan, cost controlling, Technical Support Etc..
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
• Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc
• Take responsibility to ensure testing and verification
documentation is up to date at all time
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
• Preparing and Processing Trouble reports, Reconstruction reports, and C/P action reports
• To verify EN.81, ANSI, J.I.S standards according to projects, consultant requirements.
• Dealing with the factory related problems, such as defective parts and managing all claim reports.
• Administered safety programs of the company, which included performing safety audits when necessary and stressing the importance of safety to all employees.
• Visited various job sites to support and advice on Testing & Commissioning progress, including technical support to T&C Team, trouble-shooting of problems on site and performing quality checks according to the company standards.
• Maintained quality control reports to respective factories and following up on time.
Supervise the various sites, monitor and follow-up on the installation process.
• Guide the technicians for their daily assignments.
• Schedule the job and completion as per the targets within the estimated cost / agreed time schedule.
• Responsible for ensuring safety requirements are followed at site as per company safety management system manual.
• Verifying Manuals & drawings for Mechanical /Electrical installations and Monitoring daily site activities and controlling site foremen, installation technicians.
• Preparing sites, schedules, mobilizing contractors for carrying out erection activities.
• Erecting, commissioning and installing equipment's, providing utility services to the equipment's.
• Trouble shooting and commissioning of Machine room/ machine room-less, Dumb Waiters and Home elevators.
• Managing allocation & deployment of resources & allocate work to team members, monitor progress of work as per scheduled targets and ensure completion of work on time.
• Ensuring Safety & quality of work as per standards.
• Attending Architect, Civil meetings and explaining the Technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven team management and organizational abilities.

Studied Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engg passed with 91% Honor. 100 out of 100 in Maths, Physics, Electrical Machines
