• Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of Complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, change orders, RFI, Submittals and other forms of pertinent documents.
• Supervise Classification, Sorting, Indexing, Filing, Archiving and Retrieval activities of Documents and Information in accordance to Indexing and filing system.
• Co-ordination with Eng., Contractor/Consultant for documentation related matters.
• Printing drawings (AUTOCAD - DWG files), DWF files & PDF as per required by Engineers.
• Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
• Responsible for loading, extracting and validation of project data.
• Data entry, data auditing, creating data reports & monitoring all data for accuracy.
• Provide status and other reports to the senior management as required.
• keep all incoming and outgoing documents in records.
• Follow-up with Engineers for “open” status items.
