- Submit materials board to get approved from Dubai Municipality if needed.
- Coordinate the work to follow the scheduling that we made.
- Make the specifications and send it to other Sub-Contractors to get quotations.
- Sign the approved quotation and start to deal with sub-contractor and coordinate the work as per specifications.
- Make sure that all the materials follow that specifications.
- Attend meetings between Consultant, Main contractor and Owner to make coordination between all of us.
- Hand over the project to the owner and consultant as per approved designs.
