• Responsible of receiving the PR requested from site.
• Responsible of analyzing the PR technically.
• Sending the Request for quotations to the suppliers including all the requested data.
• Receiving and studying the quotation to make sure it complies the requested.
• Forming the comparison sheet between the quotation in respect to prices, lead time and payment terms.
• Issuing the P.O. and sending it to the supplier.
• Following the lead time and delivery to site to make sure it complies the planned schedule.
• Making sure that the delivered products sent to the site matches the purchased in respect to quality.
• Adding up the history of the experience to the company knowledge.
