* I have more than 18 years of experience of diversified work experiences within the finance, and banking industries, off-which 10 years and half in banking sector.
I am currently holding a position of Head of Documentation & loan Process - Qatar National Bank During my banking experiences; I was heavily involved in overall credit admin duties including MIS, CRC, Audit, Stoke Inspection and documentation procedures & Loan process.
I have strong analytical & communication skills, team work abilities, people-oriented and sensitive to customer’s needs.

* Responsible for applying proper processing procedures in obtaining documentation essential for completing a loan application package and obtaining subsequent approval in accordance with the Group’s policies/procedures and pertinent regulatory requirements.

Credit Administration Manager at First Gulf Libyan Bank

- Manage and handle all aspects of credit administration from credit control, review / monitoring to perfecting of documentation
- Central bank reporting and monitoring. To check and verify accuracy of reports to ensure bank is operating and complying within guidelines and circulars issued by central bank
- Improve management information system in the bank to provide management with quality data for decision making
- Conduct due diligence on documentation ensuring that all charge documents are according to terms and conditions of approval of credit committee. Vetting documents thoroughly and perfecting them
- Review, Monitoring of TODs, EOLs, expired/expiring limits/exception reports, overdue, PADs, LTRs, Financial Guarantees, loans, etc. to prevent deterioration in our loan portfolio and improve credit discipline
- Check and ensure that discretionary powers vested on various authorities are being exercised judiciously and they are not 'ULTRA VIRES'
- Issuance of credit circulars in consultation with credit approval Department, CBG, credit committee to bring awareness throughout the bank on changes in policy matters and credit related issues
- Check offer letters issued to clients to ensure they are in line with terms and conditions of approval of credit committee
- Liaising with lawyer / legal unit for preparation of charge documents / loan agreements to perfect documentation
- Make use of the reports prepared by engineers on project financing and appraise credit approval Department of any problem on projects financed by bank to improve quality of credit and assist credit committee in decision making
- Manage and supervise the department to motivate staff
