• Dealing with Tetra Pak e-business online system.
• Source new suitable suppliers and vendors of materials,
• To follow purchase orders till receipt of shipping documents to ensure timely shipment.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior employees.
• Prepare raw materials flow sheet (long term - short term).

Responsible for the operations work like contracting with shipping
lines, warehouse management, and other related business.
• Responsible for booking and sending other related documents to
sales team.

• Following up customer database, pushing them to increase their booking on our vessels
• Reply on all our customers' inquiries, also to solve all problems could be created during shipping
• Solving all customers' problems that could be created during booking and shipping.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Prepare all related documents for export shipments in accordance to export country regulations
• Do containers booking (by shipping declaration)

• Using tally accounting program Making and maintain good relationship with cargo brokers and charterers.
• Recording all daily accounting transactions.
• Preparing payroll for fleet including sign on & sign off, and office employees.

• Monitoring & Tracking our fleet positions and recording their movements.
• Making and maintain good relationship with cargo brokers and charterers.
• Providing the vessels with supplies, lubricants and provisions.
• Follow up the certificates validity of the company and the vessels.
• Searching for new brokers and charterers all over the world.
• Preparing chartering contracts with the charterers.
• Analyzing and Amending the clauses and conditions of the charter party between our company and the charterers.
• Preparing pre-arrival documents.
• Collect all the voyage documents.
• Preparing and giving trip instructions for the fleet.
• Fixing vessel for our cement cargo.
• Tracking bank swift to release cargo.
• Handling Owners / Masters Requirements and needed services. (Crew change - F.W supply, bunkering - CTM - ...etc.)
