Floating Inquiries to Sub-Contractors / Suppliers & Manufactures
Comparison studies based on sub-contractors, suppliers quotations
Negotiations with suppliers & sub-cons on both technical & commercial aspects of product
Preparing Rate build up, pricing, budgeting for tender
Evaluating subcontractor payment application, finalizing & certifying
Detect variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare,
