* Responsible for all human resources activities to ensure that the organization’s strategic and operational goals are achieved.
* Responsible to manage all employee benefits and business affairs relating to human resources.
* Implement new salary grades and structure, review and prepare compensation packages of new recruits. Create Performance Management System to All Level
* Manage local & overseas recruitment through (recruitment agency, online recruitment website)
* Responsible for all Visa formalities for around 700 employees in the Group (Renew Residency Issue visit Visa, Issue work visa, Renew passports, Transfer residency, Cancel residency and Extend residency)
* Assisting department heads in the preparation of job descriptions for the different job.
* Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
* Overseeing HR Policies and Procedures and ensure the correct implementation.
* Manage the payroll system.
* Estimate the number of employees to be recruited and detail how and when to be done, ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.
* Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
* Prepare monthly reports such as Headcount, Organization Charts and Employee Turn-over for submission to Group HR.

Achievements:

•Minimized the costs of the recruitment process by revamping and redesigning recruitment strategies.
•Built HR department from the ground up to implement HR standards and compliance, created and revamped employee handbook, policies and procedures, job descriptions and introduced a performance management system.
•Reviewed and restructured health benefit program without reducing benefits to employees.
•Reduce overtime costs by scheduler to day-off.
