Responsible for setting the marketing strategy for Amer Group
- Managing all integrated marketing communication plans defining the right
Advertising & PR communication channels.
- Setting the annual marketing budgets and validating the KPI’s with actual
marketing spending.
- Creating & implementing events’ annual calendar for all projects in different
destinations.
- Handling the digital marketing strategy (online activations, social media
management & periodic online adv. Campaigns using programmatic ads & GDN)
- Preparing the business plan for Amer Group Real Estate Developers expansions
and hunting for new opportunities matching the investment criteria (Merger, Acquisitions or Co-Development) settled within the business plan.

Responsible for setting the business plan and marketing strategy for Magnom
Properties.
- Preparing the positioning & branding strategy for MP.
- Creating the development strategy, suggesting the suitable destinations /
markets and investment opportunities for MP.
- Managing all integrated marketing communication, preparing strategic
marketing and advertising plans defining the right communication channels.
- Setting the annual marketing budgets.
- Managing the loop between the stakeholders of MP and the third parties
in different aspects (Brand partnerships, PR & tech. consultants) e.g: UNICEF, Forbes, Bentley and more.
- Responsible for all Private Residences of Hotel brands that are currently with the group like Four Seasons Hotels & Kempiniski Hotels.
- Handling the sales & marketing license agreements with the licensor with cooperation with the appropriate legal counselors.
- Coordinating with the in-house TMG Marketing department to assess and implement all marketing plans & collaterals in coordination with the licensor marketing team to make sure it’s matching the international guidelines.
- Develop and execute Marketing Plans for several projects with its various type (first homes, second\[vacation\] homes and commercial units) - Design Budget frame work, allocation & implementation - Monitoring the work under Corporate Identity strategy output & implementation - Events planning and implementation in cooperation with business development department - Monitoring the digital marketing strategy with adding on its input and evaluating its output. - Monitoring the media plans executions with interference in its input making sure its adequate and aligned towards both the objective of the marketing plan and within the budget frame.
