Responsible for train all sales Executives (Sales Process & LMT& Product Knowledge and Financial solutions).
Prepare daily sales report and monthly sales report.
Ensuring efficient sales forecast and getting high score at mystery shopper.
To achieve assigned sales target & KPIs as per set objective by insuring an agreed MIX of models.
Ensure our customers satisfaction through VOC program.
coordinate with used cars to maximize profit from Trade in.
follow up on the implementation of the marketing activities and communicate any new events or new campaign with sales team
Training new staff members and overseeing progress.
Managing customer complaints and difficult customers.
Demonstrating vehicles to customers and talking them for drives.
Analysing sales performance on regular basis to maximize target achievement.

Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc).
Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis.
To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
