• Act as the strategic interface between IT function and other Business Units. Establishing a robust governance framework including quarterly committee with Cluster President, monthly meetings with business VP’s, monthly meeting with process owners/key users.
• Set a yearly process to collect projects/change requests from BU’s, along with an annual meeting to discuss and collect feedback.
• Define the IT Transformation plan in line with IT and business strategy. Using var-ious communication methods to inform business with the IT implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor IT service delivery based on defined service level agreement, solve issues and manage escalations when needed. Establishing a weekly/monthly call with IT outsourced service providers for tickets follow-up and analysis.
• Participate in development of business strategic planning.
• Lead relevant IT strategic planning as well as maintain up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies.
• Promoting and implementing global solutions as well as adjusting them to the local context in the Cluster.

Acting as Infrastructure Manager - Middle East Region
•Plans, organizes, leads, and manages the staff and operations of the information technology infrastructure including network, data communications, telecommunications, and other related technological services.
•Manages and sets priorities for the proper maintenance, design, development, and evaluation of infrastructure systems such as LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet, data communication systems, and other related security systems.
•Reviews and conducts feasibility studies, evaluates, and plans for various infrastructure upgrade projects, oversees conversions, migrations, implementation strategies.
•Oversees the maintenance of new and existing equipment, determines hardware and software needs, and maintains appropriate inventory of equipment.
