• Developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing communications plans.
• Plan, develop and propose annual plan for Sponsorship, Events and DTC activities.
• Responsible for forecasting and producing marketing materials such as ((flyers, banners, outdoors campaigns, light boxes and giveaways )).
• Evaluate proposed sponsorship and events (internally and externally) and seek opportunities for projects and activities that meet LDN objectives
• Manage Entertainment, Music, Culture, summer, Ramadan, Youth, Schools, Clubs and Universities.
• Determine objectives for communicating the brand to various audiences through appropriate activities and related Activities
• initiate, plan, organize and execute events organized/sponsored by LDN
• Manage, direct all required resources & teams needed and assign tasks, responsibilities to different teams and ensure that work flow is within the defined process & timeline
• Responsible for instantly solving any problems that could happen during events preparations & operations to maximize the event exposure and maintain the corporate image
• Report all Sponsorship & Events projects to the marketing manager, commercial VP and CEO
Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
•Manage all roadshows and activities to help sales team to achieve the targets
•Work closely with sales team to help them obtaining 3 main goals ( Keep, grow, retain )
• Ensuring that all shops and POS’s are updated with all new materials & campaigns
• Worked on the following Brands: (LINKdotNET, LINKDSL, LINK 07770777, yallakora.com, Mazika.com, Arab Finance, Masawy.com, Link Development, Connect Adds, Yallabina.com and el3ab.com, Otlob.com
• Filtrates vendors provided by the Supply Chain Department and select the best offers according to quality and price.
• Import giveaways from different destinations (worldwide) to provide the latest ideas to create a buzz in the market.
1- Responsible for the following clients Coca-Cola, Mobil Oil Egypt, Vodafone Hyundai Ghabbour, ACG&ITE International Trade Fairs, Bonus advertising Agency, Future vision advertising Agency, Shell international and Duravit.
2- planning and Implementing all below the line activities for above mentioned clients including the following :
• planning and implementing events including press conferences for above mentioned clients.
• producing and providing marketing materials and giveawayes for my clients.
•Monitoring services including press, outdoors and competition advertisements for above mentioned clients
