- Selecting & Buying the Fashion Collection for Lulu Fashion Store.
- Negotiating the best prices and getting the best qualities.
- Finalize all Vendors Contracts and settle all contract conditions like payment, credit time
& discounts….)
- Placing orders to suppliers locally and imported.
- Monitoring the movement of goods inside the store and find solutions for the slow-moving goods
- Making aggressive Promotions for bringing huge sales.
- Monitoring and checking the sales & stock reports daily.
- Follow up displaying all the collection in side the store.
- Using SAP System for follow and finalize all job needs.
- Support Export Departments for recommending big factories and suppliers from Egypt to export the Egyptians products to our branches on the Gulf.

•Prepare a full data base for raw materials and suppliers.
•Sourcing and developing new items that requested for new collections with suppliers.

•Arrange for shipping goods upon terms of quality and quantity.
•Determine shipping methods based on shipment details in terms of no of cartons, weight and volume.
•Tracking shipping schedules across the globe (with a special attention for regions of greater interest: Far East & Europe).
•Follow-up & review all shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of origins and bill of loading or Air Way Bill ) to ensure that all information and shipping instructions or remarks are correct.
•Accomplish all necessary procedures and forms for clearance process (stamping original documents from bank, transferring the invoices amounts …)
•Follow-up all shipment with brokers and provide them with all necessaries.
•Arrange with warehouse to receive the goods to make sure that shipment arrived in good condition without defects or problems
•Finally follow up with quality control department that received shipment is as agreed in terms of qty, colors, and quality)
