Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Performed system administrator duties such as Server, network configuration and troubleshooting
• DHCP and static IP addressing, storage configuration and management, maintained network security and user accounts, file, TCP/IP networking.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Configure / add new services as necessary.
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
• Day to day management of a team of systems administrators.
• Responsible for company-wide systems and network security
• Hardware acquisition and maintenance
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Design and implementation of a daily backup plan
• Monitor physical operation of all equipment, including servers and modem racks
• MS SQL Backup& Restore/maintenance
• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
• Setup CCTV DVR server and video monitoring system of clean room production process
• Server backup as well as Virus Scan report checking.
• Configuring EMAIL with MS-OUTLOOK & troubleshooting LAN problems
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• On call 24/7/365
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
