1. Provide Legal Advices to the Managing director, Board Members, Executives within the foundation.
2. Supervising the legal team, review their to make sure work flow is harmonious and well ended.
3. Advice executives on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals, Explain legal language as needed and required.
4. Research unique legal issues impacting the foundations and its companies by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and codes.
5. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the foundations and its affiliates.
6. Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
7. Provide training and P.P. presentation to the foundations and its affiliates on substantive legal topics.
8. Conduct and perform internal investigations with foundation employees. Writing Briefing Note on the subject of the investigation include the legal conclusion according to Egyptian Labor Law.
9. Interact and negotiate with representatives from various partners, government agencies and officials including government inquires, subpoenas and disclosures.
10. Representing the foundation at all Egyptians courts, public prosecutor and any government entities.
11. Providing and managing the provision of counsel and legal support within the assigned area of responsibility and on a variety of legal matters including matters that may be complex or have potential for significant impact
12. Ensuring that commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner to the board of directors.
13. Implementing legal policies to ensure that the Group’s exposure to Global legal risks is managed appropriately.
14. Implementing risk management policies and plans to oversight of legal risk reporting to relevant internal committees
15. Maintaining and developing client relationships
16. Leading and supporting all legal aspects for negotiating and closing Accenture’s complex deals, including drafting, strategy, risk and mitigation analysis, internal reviews and liaison with all Accenture subject matter experts in their various disciplines.
