Responsible for performing quality inspections activities as per Inspection Test Plan.
• Audit and assessment of Contractor's (GS-Daewoo) civil works monthly performance.
• Supervise all inspections activities for equipment foundations, underground piping (C.S, GRP, and UPVC pipes), cable trenches, pipe-rack foundations and steel structures.
• Supervise construction works for paving, road works, backfilling, and steel structure/equipment grouting, refractory works, Fireproofing and insulation works.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading an integrated PMT team.

• Progressive QA / QC submissions were reviewed along with the final documents, Materials Identification and correct use of approved procedures.

• Witness the required tests Atterberg limits, MDD / OMC, FDT, CBR, levelness / smoothness, sub-base course/ base course.
• Witnessed on the following tests: Sieve Analysis, Atterberg Limits, MDD / OMC, FDT, CBR, levelness, smoothness, soundness, LAA, flat and elongated particles test, sand equivalent test, thickness, binder
•Witness the wearing courses: bituminous material, Marshall test ASTM D 6927, 1559 (stability, flow, air voids), penetration grade, percent of asphalt cement, mixing temperature, temperature and viscosity, gradation, mineral aggregate voids, percentage of crushed sand/ elongated particles, TSR, anti-strip agent, PWL, bituminous prime/ tack coats material specifications, density, site survey, concrete sub-base course, concrete paving, joint sealing filler.
• Interconnecting Road, Desert Access Road (200 Km Length); check the subgrade preparation and levelness as per the survey report in accordance to IFC drawing.
• Check the laying of granular sub base and witness FDT.
• Verification of all test result conducted for the backfill materials.
• Check the spraying of prime coat / tack coat and verify the application rate.
• Check the laying of asphalt base course, intermediate & wearing course and monitor the temperature prior to laying.
• Witness the thickness and compaction test of asphalt with approved third party laboratories.

Responsible for supervising the site construction activities for the new LNG Train-1 project.
• Leading a team of 20 engineers and supervisors to complete the construction activities and achieve the target completion date in a safe environment.
