Fast food Restaurants (K.F.C, Hardee's, T.G.I Friday's, Krispy Kreme) deal with foreign vendors and creditors in paying against strategic purchased goods from different countries, costing such goods including in the warehouse price all incurred expenses as freight, insurance, customs, transportation… Follow on daily basis the bank accounts balances to avoid insufficient funds situation and do the necessary funds transfer within different bank accounts.Recording fixed assets transactions (register, retire, transfer and depreciate) and prepare the required entries, manage the accounts of the constructors and prepare the payments, prepare the closing entries of assets under construction for the completed projects, matching the physical fixed assets and the books, follow-up the capital expenditure with the approved feasibility study of the new projects, audit the physical stock of fixed assets warehouse with the books every quarter, prepare the annual scrapping list of the un-useful fully-depreciated assets and participate in the scrapping committee, prepare and follow-up the annual capital investment budget for the company, prepare monthly and quarterly fixed assets and capital investment reports
Responsibilities: (AP - PAYMENTS)
Reconcile on a monthly basis about 170 vendors and creditors’ A/R statements with the company’s A/P statement and prepare the required due monetary payments either by cheques or directly through an online bank transfer out of the company’s bank account via E-Banking procedures within an accurate payment aging policy, plus some other cheques for employees and staff within the organization for about 400 payment transaction monthly in total, manage the accounts of the main strategic local vendors and creditors and prepare the payments, following up the main vendors and creditors with a balance confirmation on a quarterly basis to give the proper expression to leverage level, annual balance confirmation for all vendors and creditors is required,
