Analyzing the customer specification and carrying out the best optimized project solution at tendering and design stage.
Determining convenient equipments and defining the quantity, analyzing the cost before ordering or filling-up tender cost sheet.
Participating to the technical meetings with customers.
Answer technical questions and to prepare reports and submittals in tendering stage.
Support the design office for understanding customer needs and for providing cost effective optimized design.
Search and analyze new products in the market and standards to use this information in new designs.
Meeting tender due dates, also follow-up offers requested from sub-suppliers through purchasing department.
Good understanding of the Customer requirement, contract documents and deliverables. Preparation of project schedule with breakdown activities, time & resources allocation for achieving the target completion.
Good communication skills, leadership ability, understanding project review & monitoring for fulfillment of the project / customer requirement. Exposure on quality & safety principles and project site management skills.
Identify resources ( Sub agencies & team members) for job execution :
Mail for requisition to concerned partners for placement of resources on job with target completion . Continuously liaise with customers and concerned units/ agencies for order execution.
Resolution of customer complaints and service requirements in order to ensure that customer needs are satisfied.
Inspection & delivery to match customer requirement, Reschedule current progress with job completed and perform balance job allocation. Undertake critical actions for timely completion of project as per company guideline for Safety & Quality objectives.
Handing over : Reconciliation of Materials, handing over all installations to Customers, closing of site office, settlement of dues to sub agencies.
Pepinere program was mainly for training on various scopes of Schneider for power (transformers, DC, IED’s, etc….) and trainings on automation (PLC, SCADA, etc..)
Held different Seminars presenting to customers Automation solutions in power and industry BU’s
Made full selection for products and softwares, engineering and commissioning for the proto types used for presentations in Seminars
Leading the operation team to enhance the plant efficiency and capacity
Handling maintenance works for plant Electrical Department
Cable laying and installation
Instrumentation devices installation, calibration and start up
