✓ My work as Mechanical Maintenance & Operation Senior Engineer at Port Said Plant is to follow the
day-to-day operation process of the SIMA H190 Plant. In addition, lead the maintenance team in the
plant to achieve High standard level of maintenance to achieve the production target.



• Executing full operation process of ASU SIGMA H190 Unit to produce Oxygen and Nitrogen.
• Participate in a Major overhauls for Atlas Copco & Siemens Centrifugal Compressors.
• Implement and optimize the IMS maintenance sys, improve the efficiency of maintenance
• Analyze the root cause of breakdown and prevent recurrence, improve the related SOP.
• Manage resource of maintenance including supplier and spare parts Using Oracle System
• Participate in set up process for MAXIMO system for managing the maintenance.
• Prepare the Monthly & Annual Production and Maintenance reports.
• Review annual maintenance plan, TAR plans, list of spare parts for procurement, estimated annual
maintenance budget of the site, incorporate the changes (if any) and share with Head Operations
for validation.
• Involve in the TAR execution and Lead major Mechanical equipment maintenance Shutdowns at
(Port Said, Alexandria, and Sokhna) sites.
• Replacing the Material for Air Purification Unit (Mole Sieve & Alumina) with a calculated Quantity.
• Modify the Design of Cooling Water Strainers system to achieve High reliability and availability
with low operational Cost.
• Participate in ASU Commissioning in The Sultanate of OMAN (Centrifugal Compressor
Commissioning and start up, York 60 TOR Chiller).
• Technical Community Leader (TCL) in Mechanical engineering at Air liquid

 My work as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in PVC, VCM, ZLD, EDC & Incinerator units is providing high standard plant maintenance service to the client according to O&M agreement, maintain a high quality of mechanical plant equipment by performing Preventive PM and Predictive PDM maintenance tasks according to maintenance plan; timely response on any plant operational problem.

• Executing maintenance for different types of pumps (single stage centrifugal pumps, multistage stage centrifugal pumps, Gear pumps, screw pumps and diaphragm pumps).
• Executing maintenance for VCM liquid Ring compressors.
• Executing maintenance for Air Blowers and Air Compressors.
• Executing maintenance for Gearboxes, Belts, Rotary valves, Mixers, & Screw conveyers.
• Executing maintenance for Centrifuge " Broadbent 12T/HR"
• Working on a Hydro jet Pump "pressure up to 2750 bar" for cleaning Heat Exchangers & Reactors.
• Support Maintenance Manager in preparing maintenance procedure, check form and outage planning, advise Maintenance Technicians.

 My work as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in off-site units is to follow the day to day operation process of the mechanical equipment, and participate with the maintenance team in any work in the unit to achieve the best performance of operation and saving time;

• Executing maintenance for Centrifugal pumps with Mechanical seals.
• Executing Periodic maintenance for Screw compressors.
• Executing maintenance for Shell and Tube heat exchangers.
• Executing Alignment using the latest version of Laser alignment.
• Can read the Vibration analysis reports of the different diagnostics problems and perform the appropriate maintenance.
 I have Operation Experience in Unloading Stations of Ethylene Die Chloride "EDC" and Ethanol.
• Unloading Propylene Iso-tanks to liquefaction system using Reciprocating compressor.
• Commissioning and Starting up Freon "R22" Water and Brine Chillers 360 TR with 3 Screw compressors.
 My work as A Mechanical construction Engineer in off-site units was to follow the day to day Site work and prepare the daily productivity reports;
• Planning and executing the construction of Ethylene Boil-Off Gas "BOG" system.
• Commissioning of Vinyl Chloride Monomer "VCM" spheres storage system.
• Modify Piping systems and firefighting systems as per process request.
• Equipment erection such as "Pumps, Compressors, Vessels, and Chillers."
• Using all available drawing such as "Piping Isometrics, P&I Diagram, GAD and GFD".
• Using standards such as "API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and ISO".
