 Coordinate and Interfacing of MEP services with the design team/sub contractors for the actual site/as per client/Consultant requirement.
 Put into place quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of installations are maintained throughout the project period.
 Review materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications. Coordinate with suppliers, consultant and client.
 Review shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are coordinated and forward to the consultant/client for approval.
 Review method statements to ensure that the Sub-Contractor proposal is feasible and will achieve the intended purpose and forward to the consultant for approval.
 Inspect deliveries/installed/constructed work to ensure that it is in accordance with the shop drawings and the specifications.
 Monitor Sub Contractor's submittals to local authorities and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner in accordance with the contract document.
 Meet with Local Authorities along with Sub Contractor and consultant where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities in order to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process.
 Review and forward the sub Contractor's payment in line with estimated work completion so that he can be paid for the actual work done.
 Attend regular meetings with the Construction team, Consultant and the Client to report on progress and help resolve issues where they arise.
 Witness testing and commissioning and performance of various plant and systems. Coordinate with consultant for getting 'Handing Over' certificate for completed works.
 Where required, attend the snag list for outstanding minor work.
 Review and submit 'As Built' drawings and 'Operation and Maintenance Manuals'.

Nature of Work : Execution of MEP projects for Apartments, Residential villas and Industrial Buildings. Complete testing and commission and Handover.

Nature of Work : Planning, Organizing, Coordination and executing the work as per specification and approved Drawings.
Review the Material submittal and drawings from the subcontractors and submit to the consultant for the smooth approval process
Estimating the material requirement and coordinate with the purchase department.
Coordinating interface between civil, structural and MEP works.
Ensure the quality of MEP work and coordinating with internal functional department.

Submit Monthly progress claims.

Nature of Work : Execution of MEP works for the construction of substations, villas and apartments & installation of transmission towers and stringing work, 63m height telecom towers and monopoles. Erection of 66/11kV Sub-station and communication networks

Nature of Work : Complete Execution of MEP works for the construction of industrial building & Erection and Maintenance of induction Steel Melting furnace (producing metal billets for rolling mills) along with the allied ancillaries such as heat exchanger, cooling tower, hydraulic lifting mechanism, circulating pumps, necessary piping and electrical installations. Member of a of Maintenance team for the smooth plant operation to achieve the targeted production.
