tasks and responsibilities :
*Greet customers and process sale of glasses, walk patient through frame selection, discuss appropriate lens selection, take measurements, and write up orders.
*Check in (quality control) finished eyeglasses
*Call patients to notify glasses are ready and of balance due at time of receipt
Repair and adjust glasses
*Order all contact lens from Lake City office. Receive and dispense contact lens to patients according to sop.
*Maintain frame stock; replenish empty frame and accesories slots
*Assist with contact lens I&R as needed
Assist with monthly inventory count
Assist with incoming phone calls as back up
