Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability throughout shops in a specific area and for ensuring
all our customers receive exceptional customer service always, as well responsible for guiding Store
Managers to maximize both store KPIs and their team’s personal performances, also involved in setting
standards, monitoring performance and managing large budgets.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Build countries plan and strategy on yearly basis like:
- Yearly target.
- P&L plan for all area.
- Manpower plan for all area including the hiring.
- Marketing calendar for area.
- Season calendar, discount, promotion.
Communication with the malls.
Achieve company's target and maximize profits of all brands (in line with the yearly objectives of
the company and principals' agreement) through generating sales and controlling stores' costs.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Assess market trends (competitions, consumers...etc.) and business developments to formulate a
comparative retail strategy.
Oversee the development and implementation of strategies plans of all stores as well as monitoring
and measuring adherence to high standards of store operations (maximizing sales and customer
satisfaction).
Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customers base, collecting customer feedback and
market research.
Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of retail operational team through strong leadership and
monitor their performance on KPIs.
Work, closely, together with the loss prevention team and ensure effective applications of the
company's policies and procedures to reduce risks, stock shrinkage and enhance operations
standard.
Direct visual merchandising to ensure alignment with the principles' brand strategy.
Full supervision for importing & exporting Al-Motahajiba goods in middle east.
Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
